Meet our Team
How did WebTec come about? Well, three guys were sitting in an AP Computer Science class at Elder High School back in 2003, dreaming of owning their own website company. Each went their own way for college and in 2008, they crossed paths again and realized that the dream they had back in high school, could become a reality if they put their skills to use. So, in 2009, Web Tectonics became reality and we have grown steadily over the past few years. We are proud to say that we have grown our business solely on referrals, check out our testimonials. In 2011, we decided to switch up our brand a bit, shorten our name to WebTec, and go with a whole new look.
Chris Fischesser
Chris Fischesser is one of the founders of WebTec and spends most of his time on the back-end of our website projects. With over ten years of development/programming experience, he is our go-to guy when it comes to CMS, database integration, e-commerce solutions, SSL integration and much more. Chris is essential to the WebTec team and has helped make WebTec one of the top web design companies in Cincinnati.
Corey Paff
Corey Paff is also a founder of WebTec, but unlike Chris, he spends most of his time on the front-end of our website projects. Marketing, design meetings, designing website concepts and front-end website development - Corey is a part of it all. He has been in the web industry since 2002 and has been learning the ins and outs along the way ever since.
Adam Sargent
Adam came onto the team in 2010. With Adam‘s unique talents in graphic and industrial design, it was a no-brainer to bring him onboard the WebTec team. As our graphic design and print side of our company grow, Adam’s role also continues to grow at WebTec.
Gerry Paff
Gerry Paff started helping WebTec in 2019 as we continue to grow adding on more clients. His primary role is to be the main source for lead, client and project management. He will be an added resource for us and he has been working in the website industry since the early 90s and has a plethora of project management and development knowledge.
Chris Ruberg
Chris Ruberg was added to the WebTec team in 2015. He specializes in SEO & Social Media Marketing. These niche markets have grown substantially over the past few years in the web world. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at the lake house relaxing.
