AI Consulting

Figure Out Where AI Actually Helps Your Business

There is no shortage of AI tools promising to write your emails, score your leads and run your CRM. The hard part is knowing which ones are worth using, which ones you already have, and which ones will just create more work.

A Plan Before the Tools

We start with the systems you already use, not a brand-new AI platform.

1
Review We look at your website, CRM, email and ads.
2
Prioritize We identify where AI can save time or improve marketing.
3
Connect We help turn on, set up or integrate the right pieces.
4
Support Humans stay in the loop after anything goes live.
Start With What You Already Have

Most Businesses Don't Need Another AI Product

HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft 365 already include AI. Google Ads uses it in bidding and campaigns. Mailchimp can help draft email. The question usually isn't "Should we buy AI?" It's "Are we using the AI we already pay for in a way that actually helps?"

That's what AI consulting is for. WebTec will help you understand the options, connect the tools that matter and skip the ones that don't. If a simple process change or traditional marketing work is the better next step, we'll tell you that too.

AI Works Best Inside the Tools Your Team Already Uses

You don't have to rip out your CRM or rebuild your website to benefit from AI. These are some of the platforms we help businesses make sense of, connect and put to work.

Google Ads

  • Landing pages that convert

Improve Marketing With AI

Use AI to Do the Marketing Work Faster, Not to Guess at Strategy

AI is good at first drafts, summaries, follow-up reminders and spotting patterns in your data. It is not a replacement for knowing who your customers are, what you should say, or which channel is worth the money.

WebTec already helps clients with strategic consulting, Google Ads, email marketing and SEO. AI consulting is how we look at those same services with the newer tools that now sit inside them.

Faster, More Consistent Follow-Up

Draft emails, meeting recaps and next-step reminders so leads don't sit untouched in the CRM.

Cleaner Campaigns

Use AI to help segment lists, test subject lines and build first-draft emails or landing page copy that your team then edits.

Smarter Paid Ads

Pair AI-assisted Google campaigns with real tracking for calls, forms and revenue so you know what the spend is producing.

Better Visibility in Search and AI Answers

Structure your website and content so customers can find you in Google and in AI-generated answers, not just on a traditional results page.

A Better Starting Point

Add More AI Tools, or Use the Ones You Already Have?

A lot of "AI strategy" is really just buying another subscription. We'd rather look at HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Ads and your website first.

Buying Another AI Tool WebTec AI Consulting
Starting Point Whatever the vendor is promoting this month The website, CRM, email and ads you already use
Marketing Impact Often isolated to one app Follow-up, email, ads, content and the website considered together
Integrations Easy to end up with disconnected tools HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Google Ads and the website
Data Quality AI can make messy CRM data worse, faster We look at whether the data is even usable first
Human Review Easy to automate messages you wouldn't send yourself Customer-facing AI stays under human control
If AI Isn't the Answer You're still paying for the tool We'll recommend traditional consulting, development or no change
Best Fit Teams that already know exactly what they want to automate Businesses that want a clear, honest plan before spending more
The Important Part

What's the Catch?

AI inside HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft 365 can be genuinely useful. It can also write the wrong email, trust bad CRM data, or create work your team then has to clean up.

Consulting is as much about what not to turn on as it is about what to implement.

You may already be paying for AI you aren't using well.

Copilot, HubSpot Breeze and Salesforce Einstein are not magic. They work when your processes, permissions and data are in decent shape — and when a person is still responsible for anything a customer will see.

  • Messy contacts and deal records will produce messy AI recommendations.
  • Turning on every AI feature at once usually creates noise, not results.
  • Customer-facing emails, chat and ads still need a human review.
  • Some problems are better solved with a simpler form, workflow or landing page.
How We Can Help

Where AI Consulting Makes Sense

We are not trying to force every business into the same stack. These are the most common ways companies work with us on AI.

Option 01

AI Readiness Review

A practical look at the tools you already have, what's worth turning on, what to ignore, and whether HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or something simpler is the right next step.

Option 03

Custom Website + AI Tools

Keep the website your team can manage, and add AI-powered features, CRM integrations or campaign landing pages only where they help.

Our Process

We Translate the AI Noise Into a Plan You Can Use

You do not need to know which model, agent or connector to buy. That's our job.

01

Learn the Business

We talk through your goals, customers, current marketing and the tools your team already lives in.

02

Map the Stack

Website, HubSpot or Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Google Ads and anything else in the mix.

03

Recommend the Fit

We tell you what to use, what to skip, and whether AI, automation or traditional work is the better move.

04

Implement

Setup, integrations, landing pages, tracking and the first workflows — with humans reviewing anything customer-facing.

05

Support

WebTec stays available for the website, hosting, ads, email and the next round of improvements.

The WebTec Difference

We're Not Trying to Sell You an AI Platform.

WebTec already helps businesses with websites, hosting, Google Ads, email and marketing consulting. AI consulting is the same advice, updated for the tools that now sit inside those systems.

We speak human. You should not need a glossary of agents, copilots and connectors just to decide whether AI is worth your time.

If the best next step is a better landing page, a cleaner email list or a traditional website update, we'll say so.

The goal isn't to add AI everywhere. The goal is to use it where it actually helps your business. WebTec | We Speak Human
Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About AI Consulting

Do I need HubSpot or Salesforce to work with you?

No. Those are two of the most common CRMs we see, but consulting starts with whatever you already use. Sometimes the right answer is to get more out of Microsoft 365, Mailchimp and your website before adding a CRM.

We already have Microsoft 365. Isn't that enough?

It might be. Copilot can help with email, documents and meetings, and it can connect to HubSpot or Salesforce in some setups. Whether that's "enough" depends on how you market, how you follow up with leads, and whether your website is feeding those tools any useful information.

Can AI improve our marketing without replacing our team?

Yes. That's usually the point. AI is useful for drafts, summaries, reminders, scoring and testing. Strategy, brand voice, budget decisions and anything a customer will read still need people. WebTec can help put those pieces in place without turning your marketing over to a bot.

Can you connect our website to HubSpot or Salesforce?

In many cases, yes. Forms, landing pages and lead notifications can feed a CRM so follow-up actually happens. If the project needs a custom website tool rather than a CRM feature, we can look at AI website integrations as well.

How is this different from your marketing consulting?

It's closely related. Strategic consulting still covers audience, messaging, SEO, ads and email. AI consulting focuses on which AI features inside those tools are worth using, how to connect them, and where they would create more problems than they solve.

What if AI isn't the right next step?

We'll tell you. WebTec also provides website design, development, hosting, Google Ads, email and traditional consulting, so we have no reason to force an AI project that doesn't make sense.
