About Cincinnati WebTec

How did WebTec come about? Well, 3 guys were sitting in an AP Computer Science class at Elder High School back in 2003 and dreamed of owning their own website company. Each went there own ways for college, and in 2009, they crossed paths again and realized that the dream they had back in high school, could become a reality if they put their skills to use. So, in 2009, Web Tectonics became reality and we have grown steadily over the past few years. We are proud to say that we have grown our business solely on referrals and if that doesn't speak volume about our business, definitely check out our testimonials. In 2011 we have decided to shorten our name to Webtec to go along with our new look. Check out our current team below:

Chris Fischesser

Lead Programmer

Chris Fischesser is one of the founders of WebTec and spends most of his time on the back-end of our website projects. With over 10 years of development/programming experience, he is our go-to guy when it comes to CMS, database integration, e-commerce solutions, SSL integration and much more. If you set up a meeting with WebTec, odds are you will talk to or even meet with him since he is part of the day-to-day operations. Chris is essential to the WebTec team and has helped make WebTec one of the top web design companies in Cincinnati.

Corey Paff

Lead Web Designer

Corey Paff was also a founder of WebTec, but unlike Chris, he spends most of his time on the front-end of our website projects. Starting with the design meeting to the web design and even to the front-end website development, Corey is apart of it all. He has been in the web industry since 2002 and has been working at a web design company learning the ins and outs along the way ever since. Matt Kroner

Lead Graphic Designer

Matt Kroner came onto the team in 2010. With Matt's unique talents with graphic and industrial design, it was a no brainer to bring him onboard the Webtec team. As our graphic design and print side of our company grow, Matt's role will also grow at WebTec.

Joanna Paff

Professional Photographer

Joanna Paff, wife of Corey, joined the team in 2010 to bring us unique photography to add to our clients websites. We pride ourselves in designing and building 100% unique websites and having custom photographs taken by a professional can really set your website apart from your competition. Joanna has all the latest equipment and will come to you to take photos of whatever you want to add to your website, newsletter, brochure or anything at all.

Kevin Hobbs

Web Developer/Programmer

Kevin Hobbs joined the team in early 2012. He was brought on to help with the overflow of work while WebTec continues to grow. Kevin specializes in backend programming including database and PHP but he also helps out on the frontend developing the framework and styles of the site. He has been a very important addition to the team and with his help, WebTec is able to continue to grow and take on more projects.
